Eleanor is a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer and has since gone on to train as a 200 hour Yoga teacher and Qigong Instructor.
Eleanor believes that exercise should be well rounded, fun, and not only good for your physical body, but your soul. Eleanor like to focus on compound exercises in the gym that target lots of muscles at the same time, to get the most out of your 1-2-1 sessions.
‘I know that the motivation for exercise doesn’t come naturally to everyone and that’s where I come in. I plan weekly individual session plans, help you to keep on track with your goals, and provide a safe environment for you to get the most out of your sessions. I help my clients gain confidence in themselves and their bodies, pushing themselves further than they would on their own.
I am a keen motivator and I also enjoy helping people develop a good relationship with exercise, so it becomes a healthy habit rather than something people dread.’
