Sean started training aged 15 prior to the beginning of his career as a professional rugby player, this coupled with the decision to become a personal trainer he has acquired almost 20 years of experience in the fitness industry.
He spent time with two of England’s biggest rugby clubs, Saracens and London Wasps, whilst also representing Ireland at U19&21 level. He uses his background in elite sports when training clients by focusing on big lifting alongside intense conditioning work, as well as aiming to help clients increase their mobility.
Sean’s philosophy is pretty simple, “Eat well and move more!!” Training and food must be sustainable it’s not a short term fix, it’s a way of life!
