My name is Matt, and I am a certified Personal Trainer with a real passion for health and fitness. I try to take a holistic approach when it comes to my clients, as I understand the importance of a healthy body and mind.
I take time to create workout programs which are tailored to my client’s and needs. This is based on their physical goals, current fitness level, mobility issues and their lifestyle.
You will also receive a nutrition plan which is calculated to help you achieve your goals. I ensure my clients work hard during their sessions, but my priority is executing movements with good quality technique, hitting the right muscles and training safely
